A casual dining café produced by Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono. Enjoy a refined casual menu of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes developed under the worlds’s best luxury hotel brand, with a magnificent view of Mount Yotei beyond the beautiful greenery.

Hanazono is also the only place in Hokkaido where you can enjoy sweets from Pierre Hermé Paris, the "Picasso of the pastry world," as well as baked goods, dressings, and canned goods for souvenirs.
